The aim of the Postgraduate Program is to offer scientific knowledge that bridges theory with empirical research and practice, as well as the development of high-level professional skills, which promote the goals of Counselling, Career Guidance and Lifelong Learning.
The rapid and profound changes in the scientific, technological, economic and social sectors make it imperative to update and continuously upgrade individuals’ knowledge and skills in order to meet the ever-increasing demands of their personal and professional lives. In such an era of rapid change, the support of guidance and counselling can make an effective contribution to the management of an individual's career, his/her connection to the labour market and his/her personal, social and career development. Moreover, in today's knowledge society it is certain that the role of Lifelong Learning will continue to grow and play an increasingly important role in education, training and careers.
